It’s Time for our District 6 Picnic!!
for Al-Anon members, families & friends
Where: Shamrock Evangelical Methodist Church
3519 Maple Avenue, Burlington
Exit 145 – go South toward Liberty. Continue through the flashing light at White Kennels/Monroe Holt Road and look for church on right side just past white fence of house before the church. Parking and entrance are in the back.
When: June 10th 10 AM – 4 PM
Why: To enjoy fellowship, food, fun and recovery!
What to bring:
Your favorite picnic food to share,
food you want cooked for you on the grill,
camp chair,
outdoor games,
and your desire to have some fun!
What we will supply:
Covered area with picnic tables,
children’s playground,
grassy areas for cornhole,
frisbee toss & hulahooping,
temporary tattoo station,
bubbles,
grills for grilling,
paper plates & napkins,
plastic forks/knives/spoons, drinks, cups & ice,
and a 2 PM discussion meeting on the importance of play!
