As this event comes together we have some opportunities for some help making this happen. We also need to have a decent idea of how many people we are going to need to provide food for. So if you are only attending the event on Friday May, 16 for the NC Hoedown, please register at the link below. Also if you would like to perform a skit or funny story to share, please sign up on the volunteer form. We also are in need of some help with picking up the food, set up, tear down, for our vegans we are looking for those who would be willing to make a vegan casserole or dish to share for those who don’t eat like carnivores. We would also like to have some volunteers to make and bring some desserts or side dishes. Please sign up so we know what is covered.
There will be an opportunity to donate to cover the cost of the meal and festivities via Venmo or Cash. Please consider helping defray some of the costs. Thanks. Remember, we are hosting all the GR’s and Area World Service Committee to our District. Please consider coming Friday night, or helping on Saturday and get a change to talk to Al-Anon members serving our entire AREA (NC/Bermuda).

By registering for the Saturday Assembly you may participate in the Friday Night NC Hoedown as well, There is a $20.00 fee for the Assembly for in person, or $10.00 fee for online participants.
